Mimeo Photos has a return policy that allows customers to return an item if its quality does not meet their expectations. The team at Mimeo Photos is committed to making it right for the customer. If there is an issue with the product, customers are advised to contact Mimeo Photos via chat from either inside the Mimeo Photos extension or by visiting their support website within 30 days to report their concerns.
Customers have 30 days after receiving the product(s) to initiate a claim. However, it's important to note that the following errors are not included in the Mimeo Photos Return Policy:
- Errors in features customized by the customer, including choice of colors, cropping, red-eye reduction, and photo enhancements.
- Formatting and text errors such as, but not limited to, page numbers or photo captions, incorrect spelling or misplacement of words.
- Low-resolution images that result in poor image quality when printed.
